Your privacy rights
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective 30 September 2026
We sell your email address, plan tier and account status to third parties, and we are paid for it. Enter your address below and we will stop. You do not need an account, you do not need to sign in, and you do not need to give a reason.
What happens next
- It takes effect immediately and does not expire.
- We will not ask you to reconsider for at least twelve months, and we will never make you repeat it to keep it in force.
- Nothing about your membership changes. Your price is the same, every board stays open, and the alerts keep arriving. Charging opted-out members more, or giving them less, would be retaliation and is unlawful.
- We pass the opt-out on to anyone who already received your data, and their contract requires them to honour it and to stop using it.
Other ways to do this
- Global Privacy Control. We honour the GPC signal. If your browser broadcasts it when you create an account, you never enter the sale at all.
- From your account. Members can toggle it on the account page.
- By email or through an agent. Write to privacy@cacheout.net. An authorised agent may act for you with written proof.
You have other rights too — to know what we hold, to a copy of it, to correct it and to delete it. The Privacy Policy explains all of them, and section 3 sets out exactly what is and is not sold.
